We can retrofit your own current bioreactor with the BioMixing agitation and aireation systems. BioMixing technology is based on patent-pending aeration and agitator systems with innovative mixer geometry and position to increase mixing and oxygen transfer while avoiding cell damage by shear stress.

In this simple example, made just with water and gas, our bioreactor gets a much more uniform distribution of smaller bubbles thanks to our agitation and aeration systems.

Our bioreactors (external validation by a client) demonstrated to be highly efficient in the liquid-gas mass transfer with a + 90 % of oxygen transfer and a - 50 % of processing time.

Based on complex mathematical models and on our deep knowledge on aerodynamics and fluid mechanics, we make simulations for each case to design the optimal bioreactor, so that we can decrease scale-up time by predicting the behaviour of large bioreactors. This would lead to an overall reduction in “time-to-market” for our clients.

Our simulations for previous clients have demonstrated to make very good predictions of our clients’ bioreactors and the scaled ones.
