Based on complex mathematical models and our expertise on aerodynamics and fluid mechanics, we can simulate each specific process and design the optimal bioreactor geometry and settings for full-scale manufacturing bioreactors. This way, the studies needed to scale-up processes can be shortened.
Over our more than 20 years working with different clients, we have data demonstrating that our predictions fit very well the reality of our clients’ reactors and simulate successfully the the scaled ones.
